Hey, who can help me do this?


Here's what I did quickly...

Here's the layers.

What you need to do first is open the picture you want to achieve this effect.
Then have a new layer and fill with black then lower the opacity to around 79%.
Make two horizontal ruler lines for spacing the words out.
Now make a new layer and write your words in, then Ctrl+click on text thumbnail to make a selection of the text. Click on the image layer and press Ctrl+j. Drag this layer above all layer and add drop shadow or inner shadow and stroke fx.

Here I have rasterized the text layer. I used a clipping mask and clipped the image to the text layer after I applied the following layer styles.
