How Can I do This??

Hey, I'm A total beginner on Photoshop and would like to get an adviece how I could create a picture like this!

Iguess the goggle wasnt blue in reality!!

It probably was, the easiest way to do it would be to cut the goggles out of a colour pic, save as a PSD then reload the original, change to greyscale then graft the goggles back in.

Quick example, I'm sure you get the idea :-)
