'Extras' always show

Everytime I open PS and a picture 'Extras' is enabled (view).
I must press CTRL + H to remove this everytime.

How can I make this NOT on default?

ah yes, I had this same problems many, many, months, but I found the solution after messing around with the option, it's just annoying having to press ctrl+H everytime

The Solution:

01. Open any picture
02. Then View > Show > Slices
03. Click on the Slices and that's it problem solved.
