First off, I use photoshop cs3 and as far as I know, the person that created the action uses cs2. I downloaded the action and everything was fine. I went to upload the action and this is the error I am getting: action error-ngyssw.png

I have a ton of photoshop actions installed and they all work fine. This is the only one that will not work. I thought that maybe I downloaded a PSE action but a friend told me that it won't make any difference...as long as the .atn wasn't created with a higher version of PS it should load. resources like brushes, actions and gradients are forward compatible, but not the reverse.

Any help? Thank you!
