photoshop 7.0 won't launch

I've used the program for years with no problem now it will load to brushes then just returns to my desktop.

Have you done anything that may explain this?
Installed new software or upgraded some software, added some hardware to the computer?

Have you tried restarting the computer, a cold boot not a restart.
Turn it off then back on again.

If no new software was added and you did a cold boot try this.
Why is Photoshop acting strange? Some things just aren't working right.
