Photoshop CS5 Tooltip Issue with 12.0.2 update "Heads Up"

I'm having a problem that seems to be related to the CS5 V12.0.2 update.
Although "Show Tool Tips" is enabled, nothing or gibberish shows in the TT box.




This seems to be a known issue:

Yes, and there is also a Twain dll issue:
•Photoshop reports that a .dll file is missing on start up or when accessing TWAIN/scanner device on Windows operating systems.

This Photoshop 12.02 Windows only bug has been now fixed in the Photoshop update 12.03.

I have a heads-up to share. If it is not already posted: updating Nik HDR Efex pro may casue the product to deacitvate. They have a patch available. How do I find if it has already been posted and if it hasn't, where do I post it?
