i think i dont delete msvcrt10.dll file :(

My msvcrt10.dll is missing and the Photoshop cs5 need it :(

saw this at adobe
Error "This application has failed to start because MSVCRT10.DLL was not found" when you start Photoshop CS3 or CS2 (Windows)
I know it says CS2&3, but look into it, could be basically same.........
