Photoshop CS5 disabled GPU settings: System Info claims my cards have zero memory!

    Hi folks
Firsrt post here. I hope some one can assist as I have been dealing with this issue for few days now. My hard drive died last week...had to reinstall everything. Now, for some reason Photoshop refuses to enable OpenGL access even though before I was able to use Photoshop with my video cards. I have reinstalled the app multiple times, reset prefs many times, installed various versions of my video card drivers (right now I am on the latest drive). I checked Adobe and NVidia site and my cards are listed as supported.

    Here are my specs:
    Windows Vista 32
2x NVidia Geforce 8800 GTX (have a gig memory each, not running SLI)
    4 Gigs of RAM
    2x 500 Gig WD drives
    Wacom Cintiq as second display

I know my OpenGL works because I am able to run Modo fine. I checked in Device Manager and all seems ok.

Here is the top part of what Photoshop shows in Systems Information:
    Adobe Photoshop Version: 12.0 (12.0x20100407

    Primary Plug-ins folder: C:\Program

Again, the only thing I notice is zero memory for my cards which seems odd.

    I greatly appreciate some help.

    What does Windows say?

Go to "Device Manager" and check the properies of the display adapter.
Go to the Resources tab and see if there are any confects.

I just checked under Device Manager Properties and under Resources it says "no conflicts" for both cards.

And Windows sees all the memory on the card?

Well under direct X diagnostic tool I see 'Display 1' tab which shows 'Approx. Total Memory: 1267 MB' and under 'Display 2' tab it shows 'Approx. Total Memory: 1267 MB'. So it seems to give me a total memory...unless there is another way to check vid card memory.

Here is what the Diagnostic window spit out for the display:

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX
    Manufacturer: NVIDIA
    Chip type: NVxx
    DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
    Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_060C&SUBSYS_16D61043&REV_A2
    Display Memory: 1267 MB
    Dedicated Memory: 499 MB
    Shared Memory: 767 MB
    Current Mode: 1920 x 1200 (32 bit) (60Hz)
    Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor
    Driver Name: nvd3dum.dll,nvwgf2um.dll,nvwgf2um.dll
    Driver Version: 8.17.0012.7061 (English)
    DDI Version: 10
    BGRA Supported: Yes
    Driver Attributes: Final Retail
    Driver Date/Size: 4/7/2011 22:14:00, 10071656 bytes
    WHQL Logo'd: Yes
