Tools not matching guides

Hello I have a problem with Photoshop CS4 where my pen, eraser etc don't match up with the circle guide on the screen. The guide's always about 20% too big. Like the pic below

I've tried every brush setting I can find and I'm not using any weird settings, just the default PS brushes. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I've tried resetting the preferences, it's still the same.

Never mind I found the answer, nothing to do with Photoshop settings but Mac settings. You have to have the mouse cursor on the smallest setting for it to work properly in PS.

I don't suppose anyone knows how to have a bigger cursor in the Mac OS without causing this problem in Photoshop?
