What the heck did I do?

Ok I'm sitting here ready to freak out! Deadline coming fast...

I'm working in CS3 and some how I have locked my ability to move anything or re-size. I can nudge but nothing else! I wish I knew what I did Please help!!!! My layers are not locked btw.

To unlock all objects in the document, choose Object > Unlock All.
To unlock all objects within a group, select an unlocked and visible object within the group. Hold down Shift+Alt (Windows) or Shift+Option (Mac OS) and choose Object > Unlock All.
If you locked all layers, choose Unlock All Layers from the Layers panel menu to unlock them.
Note: The Lock menus are disabled when you’re in isolation mode.

Guys thank you for all your help. I cleared all layer styles and it allowed me to be able to move again.

I went into my history and undid the clear style in history and it added my styles back and also allowed me to move items again.

I restarted and saved a copy but that didn't work. For some reason this did?

Strange, but my blood pressure is back to a post caffeinated level! thank you again for fast responses. : )
