Corrupted file

Hello!

I am having problems with photoshop lately, it has been corrupting my files. leaving me with a single layer with noise.

It has happened to me two times now and Its really frustrating, has anyone had this problem before?

I am using photoshop CS5, windows 07, 32-bit Op system.

I will really appreciate your help!

Welcome to PhotoShop Gurus.

Sadly, there's not a full file restoration tool available just yet, you could try some third party tools, but personaly i haven't tried yet, so i can't suggest any of those.

The best bet will be resetting your preferences file, or just start over whit a fresh installation.
