HP Z3100 problems

Hi

Sorry to come straight in with a problem but I was doing a google search and ended yup here.

I have a HP Z3100 wide format printer and I am suddenly having problems doing ICC profiles. I am using a mac with 10.6 and the add new paper is just greyed out. Wondered if anyone else has had this problem at all and found the answer.

A pretty unique problem you have there.
Most folks won't have that printer or be able to even try to duplicate your problem.

See if resetting your preferences file helps, it fixes a lot of strange problems in Photoshop.
Start Photoshop and immediately hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)
or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS X).

Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
