How to use Curves Adjustments in Photoshop Video Tutorial with Deke McClelland

Photoshop Top 40 with Deke McClelland #24 - Curves

In this tutorial Deke shows how to use Curves image adjustment and Adjustment Layers to modify the luminance values of your images in Photoshop. Curves is the most powerful way to do this, but it's a little confusing to beginners so this is a great video to get started.

Where luminance correction and manipulation is concerned, no feature gives you greater control than Curves. This one command lets you rein in highlights, open up shadows, and reveal all points in between. Curves takes a bud of an image and makes it blossom.
