CS (PS8) Web Photo Gallery feedback email problem

I am using PS CS (8). I have created a "Horozontal-Feedback" Web Photo Gallery. The gallery looks fine and works well - and I am ready to post it to my website. But when I try to send myself some feedback or other information from one of the gallery photos as a test, the email doesn't go, it just stalls... I need to direct the photo feedback to my email address at my domain - and the Windows email system is blocking it, it just stalls...

I am new to this forum and apologize if this is an off-topic for this thread. If it isn't off topic, I'd appreciate any help I can get in getting the feedback and comments features of the "Horozontal-Feedback" web photo gallery into my domain's email inbox. If it is off-topic please redirect me.
