I don't see anything relevant to graphics design. (spam?) The website itself is just a jumble of text that immediately makes me want to exit out.

I would agree with that. It looks like a dog walking business, with nothing to say about graphic design.
On that note, I think that the large text, with all the caps and underlines is pretty overwhelming and makes me want to go find a less-intimidating site. Also, with the large sidebars, I have to make my browser a lot wider in order to see the whole thing - and that makes it feel like the website is taking over my computer.
My thoughts....
