Gifs running slow.
I have compiled a gif animation in CS5, but even with the delay set as 0sec, the output runs slow. When I preview the animation in the program, it runs fast, but as soon as I saved it, it becomes slow again.
Is there something I did wrong?

Re: Gifs running slow.
Did you make sure your computer runs at a fast speed? :0 I used to get slow GIFs because my computer would lag. You can try uploading them somewhere and see if it still runs slow, that's how I would test to see if they actually worked.

What is the file size of the finished animated gif image?

Use Fireworks!
It's like buttering toast with a fork.

GIFs Animation: Fireworks is a great animation program. It's similar to photoshop. It's got frames (slides) that you can use to load pictures and create animation. Easy to use once you get use to the basics
