To tell you the truth... I have no idea. lol I do know that it was probably done through our cms. I actually didn't do any coding for the site, I just designed it.

I would like to be able to do that, but currently don't have such a contact in my little black book. I think I've got an idea that could make it work :P.

Were you talking about the hover effect for the nav or the hover effect for the bottom blocks on the homepage?

I think I figured it out. It was the hover effect that had the rounded corners but expanded the container to overlap the link above it and below it, and extended to either side.
I think you would have to create the original link including a frame around the content area and having the rounded corners inside it... but I think you can also do it in pure CSS3 and set rounded corners with a rollover that expands the area and puts a negative positive margin on the right left top bottop.
I think I've got a handle on my options - brain just needed to process it :P.
