What goes first?

Hello,
I`m off the Image ready, completely on Dreamweaver right now. Could you tell me please, should i design the page in Photoshop first than slice it Dreamweaver?
Its kinda dumb question, but i just was woundering?

What goes first?

i would say that it depends on what you want dreamweaver is a WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get) html editor/creator so it can make just about anything you want. now if you want to use layers for more control you might want to PS the page 1st but if you are just after a clean webpage i would make it in DW because it can produce great results. Of course if you ask me FrontPage is 10x better then dreamweaver but that is for anotther post
