how to Link a Text plz help

hey guys.. im makin a template for a website.. and im almsot about done except One thing.. i can figure outtt howw to link The Textt .. like HOME ABOUT US CONTAT etc... like i cant make it so that wen i click on that text it will take me to tat page.. if anyonecan help me out please do.. thaankxx
