Cant replicate this "Icon"

I am trying to create a photoshop replication of that button. I managed to layout the gradient according to the top and bottom color, it looks like a simple up gradient.

But i can't create the outer border, any help is greatly appreciated.

I do not need the icon, or any of the text, only the button, how do i achive the rounded corners and the marked border?

Layer styles.

Create the button. I used the Rounded Rectangular Tool.
Double click the shape layer inside the layers panel, and the layer style window will pop up.

Bevel and Emboss


Gradient overlay


Drop shadow
