I am fascinated by the work of Dorothee Golz. Does anyone have any idea how achieve a look like that?

i think there's 2 way to achieve this.

1. Find a face from a painting and blend it to the face of the model in the photograph.

2. The hardest way is to reshape the model face and apply a painting style retouch.
