How to achieve this look

Hi guys

I've been working with the creative suite package for a few years now and photoshop is something I really want to learn more about.

I am playing about creating some web banners for someone and this is the look (Attached) they are after.

Could anyone advise the techniques used, any tutorials etc that may help me!

Welcome to PhotoShop Gurus.

That will be a multilayer composition, achieved using 6 or more images and some selections, layer blending and layer masks to blend everything together.
