    shortcut needed?

    when I use my brushes and want to edit, I always have to click go back, is there a shortcut to do this? thanks terp

    Depends on what you want to edit terp. Hardness for example can be changed with { and } and size can be changed with [ and ].
    Of course you can always use macro programs like AutoHotKey for everything in Photoshop to which you can't assign a shortcut: http://www.autohotkey.com (only Windows).

    + 1 to what Gaussian said. Also you can make tool presets for brushes you like to use and assign them to hot-keys
