How to draw a perfect swoosh? (vector)

I just cannot seem to get my swooshes looking perfect. I want to learn to draw these in vector format (using Photoshop cs2) like the ones in this image.

Some help would be nice, or maybe you know of a tutorial?

Use the pen, get a swoosh you like the shape of.

Switch to your brush tool and make it about 15 thickness, and max hardness.

Go back to pen tool, right click, brush stroke, and make sure your check apply pressure.

Then right click delete path, voila.
