    Rings

    urp

I'm not sure if I'm ready to post this or get criticism. But of course that is why I'm posting it. I think it's a bit busy and maybe the BG competes with the picture.

It's easy to get carried away, then not want to discard ideas ... So please give me your feedback.

    Thanks gurus!

I see what you have attempted to compile here Clare, but for me it is to busy and very small in overall size. I like the colours within the main image, but the rest just looks 'stuck on' if you understand my wording?
You are showing a style all of your own here mate, and the more that you do in this way the better you will obviously become.

Well, that's what I thought too, lol. Some ideas are not good ones! It just didn't need all the "fluff." Thanks for your opinions. I totally agree.

    Re: Rings

Hang on now. This has potential. IMHO, of course, I say, lose the planet and stars as background. Make the TV screen image your main image... take some layers out, add the planet and/or starscape at some scale, and your picture has the potential to look very "Dali-esque."

    Re: Rings

I made some changes so that it is pretty much as it was before the embellishments:

    Re: Rings

I posted the edited image before I got the update and your response agent.

I had already done some of this. I have a starscape, a different one, in the sky -- I lowered the opacity of my sky lady; she might have obscured the sky too much.
Take some layers out? For instance?

I'll try any advice. I expect this will be one of those pictures that gets put away for awhile. Fresh eyes and less attachment to non essentials. I still think it's too busy but am hesitant to cut more out at the moment. But I could . . . suggestions?

    Re: Rings

I think itīs very interesting, and I think itīs kind of beautiful. I think you had a really good idea with the first one, but I think the shapes of the main planet and the square picture clashed somehow, and the partial transparency and size of the planet body on top of the girl made the proportions confusing. I really like the idea though, to me it looked like a window into an illusion or dream of this world, out in the etrnal vastness of space, or something lol. I think it would be great if you took the last one and put it back into space, but without the large planet, and made it look like a window instead or something. The main image is really great, and thought provoking, very nice indeed.

Thanks again Sunrise. I'm still working on it. I have a composite of 4 versions. Egads, I thought I'd put it away for awhile . . .

Agent, I'd love to get your feedback.
