this was meant to be a quick warm up for the PC but ended up being a small project.

Perhaps add a slightly darker shade behind the Snow text so it stands out a bit more.
But iDad is right you have come along nicely in the photoshop world.

thanks for the comments guys, ;) @hoogle and Idad thank you it's good to know i'm going the right way for a change XD, @stephano, i see where you are coming from, but if i bring it down his hat is cut off XD

Use the eliptical marquee tool and draw it so it finishes of the hat and then just clone it in that way as long as your using a hard brush you should still keep a sharp edge
