Old/Faded Paint Effect

Hi

Does anyone know which brushes I would need to create an effect similar to the red and blue strips on this website: Big Rig Design - Design and Marketing

Or a retro washed effect in general?

That could be any one (or more) of thousands of grunge brushes free on the web. Or, it could be one they made themselves. Sorry to be so little help, but that's the truth of the matter.
