I am creating a photo gallery template that will set within a main content div. I would like the number of photos (columns) in a row change dependent upon the defined width of the photos (the parent container width being fixed).

So if the photo width is reduced, then photos move up from the row below dependent upon how many will fit in the div width.

I tried inserting plane images, however can't get them to line up next to each other. Also tried tables, however can't keep the table inside the parent container.

Any suggestions?
