White bars on on sides of FLV embedded video

Hey guys. I embedded an flv file on a website via Dreamweaver CS3. The problem is white bars show on the left and right of the video. I don't know how to get rid of them. I resized the video multiple times. It's the same in Chrome, Mozilla & Opera (I don't use IE). Anyone know how to solve this?

Your video size is not the same size as the player you need to change the aspect ratio and make the video wider
