Here's something I've been working on. I did the initial sketch in pencil, scanned it in, and added color and the dark outlines in Photoshop.

My GF was in the room with me and saw your painting, she turned my head with her hands and asked, "What color is the girls hair in the drawing?".

I answered, "She had hair?". :doh:

How is the bamboo for drawing. I wouldn't mind one. I'd post a drawing here, but with the mouse my drawing is like a left handed blind-folded guy using his right hand.

I recently found out about this Cintiq alternative that costs less than half the price of a similar sized Cintiq…


Now back down to Earth. This tablet got a very good review here.

Spruce, I still like your drawing, but your friend seems gorgeous.

SPWA, I'm using a Bamboo now and it works fantastic! I use it for almost everything now!

However, I wish I had saved a little more and purchased the Intuos5 touch Medium.

Slow going and I have a long way to go but here's an update....
