    Photoshop Actions help

    Ok, so i hope someone can help, might be a long one. I do actors headshots, catalogue in Lightroom and do raw conversions then open in Photoshop for Skin work, I then add a layer with a black and white conversion so when all this is done, what i'd love to do is create an action...
