    A blur (zoom effect) on a stock picture of a newspaper would work, or invert the picture, apply the wind filter ~3 times, invert it back and apply it ~3 more times (or just hit CTRL+F) set the blending mode to screen and put the original image unedited behind it, should end up with a pretty...

    Adding gradinet to warped area. How ??

    Just select the shape or whatever (CTRL+L) or use pen tool and then the gradient will be specific to the item, whatever it is. Cheers mate

    yeah i agree, the pen tool is so much more powerful than people realize, and so many people forget about it!
