    Sorry about the lack of information. Running XP Home Edition and Photoshop 6.

    All the tools are missing from the Tool Palette. The blue bar however, is visible. When I click "Tab" the bar disappears. When I click "Tab" again the blue bar reappears but no tools under it. All tools are available in Image Ready. Any solution. Thanks
