Size DOES matter!!!
Hi -- I'm new here and have recently purchase PS Cs3--- after many years of not using PS. WHAT a change! I'm stymied....when I open a "new" file, the size is incredibly small.....like 1/16th of an inch. The rulers at the top extends 450 (whatever) to the left and 450 to the right.
