    Okay, so apparently the uninstalling/re-installing did not work. It worked a few times and then the problems started all over again. Like I said, I deleted the Prefs. I've restarted the computer. I've cleaned the registry, done a number of antivirus/malware scans... no go. Still having...

    Okay, so I went to my Control Panel with the full intention of uninstalling it, and it gave me the option to repair or uninstall... I decided to go for the repair option to try it out. So far... it looks like it's working. I'm going to give it a few days to see if it really is going to work...

    I have not tried that yet... I was trying to avoid that if I could, but since you mentioned it I will see if that makes a difference.

Every time I try to use a dual brush, I get about two or three brushstrokes into the painting and suddenly the whole thing freezes up and says "not responding".
