    The opacity is 100% and the flow is 100% too..fiddling with them is not altering anything..if i put a background layer then the patches dont show and if i save it as jpeg then it doesnt show either..but while working it is a pain and also i cant have decent pngs with this either..i have tried...

    No that doesn't help. The issue persists at all zoom levels

    When i try to create a gradient without any background layer with foreground to transparent, the gradient appears very patchy and in clumps. Once this issue appeared, it wouldn't go away and even the brush tool would show patches if i use it on a transparent layer. I tried the same process on...
