    My apologies, here it is thank you so much for your help! I also loaded a copy of the png with the background removed. I know, its not very well cleaned up at this point I was just testing to see if it would even work. :)

    Thanks everyone... I tried it again and yet it gives me the white background :( So like I said, I open the document, click on the background remover tool and clean up the background. Thats literally all I do before I save. Am I missing a step somewhere?

    I dont recall flattening the image. I just removed the background with the magic eraser tool then saved as png.
