    either, it is a background layer, or a smart object on the right site of photoshop, there is the layers tab, where all the layers are displayed. if you were working on a background layer, double clicking on the layer in the layers tab will transform it to a normal layer. if you are working...

    your phone has a different calibration if you can't re-calibrate your phone, just re-calibrate your monitor the same way you have your phone so, just put the same image on your phone as on your moniter, then calibrate till they match

    I think he is talking about the arrow. The arrow means that the layer is projected on the layer below. this means, that the layer below becomes like a cut out for the layer above. This means that only the parts where the two layers overlap, the top layer will be visible.

    they are actually different characters. the big ones, they are just from the ">" key on your keyboard the smaller ones, are actually a 'windows alt key code' you type them by holding alt, then pressing the numbers 0187 on your number pad. '»'

    it looks like the bitrate if 120Mbits should be more then enought, would expect 40Mbits should be enough. But try increasing the bitrate (test it out on a 1 second fragment).
