    Thanks for the advice, I've not ever used the curves filter before. In the past I've only really adjusted colours with hue/saturation/brightness etc - it's probably about time I learn how to do it properly :) There's a tutorial on that psd.tutsplus.com site for curves, so I'll give that a try!

    Wow the warp tool is powerful! I tried it before, but after rotating the image I'd ended the transformation and started a new one for the warp. Rotating the image and then applying the warp without applying the rotation meant the guidelines matched up to the picture perfectly which was so much...

    Hi all, I'm having real problems trying to find a way of achieving the following. I'm using an image from sxc.hu of a thick book lying open at an angle. I would like to put photos onto the pages - it was easy to drop them onto the right-side page using the distort tool, but I can't find a way...
