Marquee Tool only drags top layer
I'm a web designer and the other day I was getting really frustrated with photoshop. When I have the marquee tool I click and hold to drag the layer, however it always picks the layer that I click over and not the layer I have selected. I never remember photoshop working like this and it pisses...- djcubez
