    Good job here, I often see acne removal done so over-the-top but I agree with everyone else, subtle is always 100% the way to go.

    Need Help! Which effects are used here?

    You could turn the contrast down by using "curves" adjustment (bottom part of the line & pull down) [Achieves the darkness of the photo] Then to boost the Reds, you could use Hue Saturation layer, select "reds" from the drop down and boost the contrast. Hope this helps.
