    Illustrator How was this done?

    Well. One way to do this is to cut out all the layers needed for 3d effect. Then create bevels for selected layers. Adjust position and such. Then you should have something similar to this. or cut out layers. and then import it into after effects.

    Here's what I recommend. Create a new layer. Draw your shape. make sure you have closed edges, and fill it up with paint bucket.

    I think the lines are resulted in printing. So it's not a result of the scan. I'll see if I can get a higher resolution of copy. I can sort fix all the artifacts. In this case, color being the most difficult part for me. Whats the color mode for those layers?

    I just tried w/ grayscale. Would recoloring from b&w help? I found it hard to apply wanted colors. =.=

    I have no idea where to start on this picture. Tried using RBG but results didn't work out well. any suggestions? helps? :rolleyes:
