Which filter?
Hi! I applied a filter (or some kind of an effect) on a picture but I forgot how I did and I really need it now. What I remember from it was that it was pretty simple because it didn't take very long time. Here is the original image: And this is after the filter (or effect): Thank you...- dwanex
