    Thank you for all the replies, I used the color selective adjustment tool / dust & scratches, this is what I got so far, I do not know how to clean the white pixels in the upper right, I am trying not to loose the details, by the way I am using CS6.

    Hello all, I am trying to fix this picture of my family, but this picture is giving me a hard time, I want to remove the redness and get it more sharp, I played with the curves and channels but still no luck, can someone give me a hint where to start?...Thank you
