    Paint Bucket Tool Not Working

    Are you able to color in the page at all? Like with the paintbrush or pencil? If not, that tells me the layer is locked.

    Filters vs. Layer Styles

    Thanks a lot, Nomission. Come to think of it, it makes sense. I'm looking at the filters, and I could see how difficult it would be for Adobe to make any of them non-destructive, like Polar Coordinates.

    Hi Hot Opal, You can access Content-Aware Scaling by clicking on Edit, and it will be in the drop-down menu. However, I just learned about it myself, and I don't think it applies to what you want to do, but it wouldn't hurt for you to try. :)

    If you click on Image --> Mode, you should be able to change it from 8 to 16 or 32. I'm really new to photoshop, but I hope this helps.
