Thank you so much for the reply. I need to recreate a file with the exact same properties. Is there a way to do this? The image must be 800 x 480 and 96dpi?- gnr_rules

Help with Bitmap..please
I'm having trouble replicating a .bmp image. The true image size is 800 x 480 and 72dpi, however the properties tab in windows show it is 800 x 480 and 96 dpi. When I build a new file in photoshop or try to edit and save the original file the properties of the new or updated file show 72dpi. Why...- gnr_rules
