    Doing this requires the clone tool. Something like this would be fairly difficult, though. Great job, though, "Paul"

    What I do is duplicate the layer and delete the original. It doesn't always work, though.

    Well, I can someone see that he just simply created a new layer with a bright color, lowered the opacity, and feathered it for a brightness effect. Also, he made a new layer, painted it black, and lowered the opacity. That's jst my guess, though. I'm probably way off. Or, you could just use a...
