    Actually - there is a website called Fiverr (dot com) -- with two R's. It's a website where you can find anyone to do anything for $5. Just tell them what you need and they'll do it. It's great for small things like that.

    Please help with png background transparency issue

    if you just look at them on a computer they will show up white, not with boxes. You'll only see the boxes in the program. Are you placing them on a colored background and still having them upload white?

    Yes! there is a great site called Swotster that offers free online courses for photoshop CS6. They're very easy to use. Is there anything in particular regarding 3-d graphics that you are looking to learn? Maybe I can refer you?
