Although the original picture is a actually a scan/photo from a book, the fabric texture does look very similar. Thanks for the idea.- IDarklord

How to achieve this texture
I'm trying to figure out how to make an image look like this. Basically a watercolor cartoon image that has been printed in a book. I've seen some halftone textures and it doesn't seem to give the same effect. Any help is GREATLY appreciated as I'm under a deadline and I am fairly new to photoshop- IDarklord
