    Depending on how it is going to be fold (right over middle and then left over right), then you'll have to consider making the right side a tad smaller than the left side. Or otherwise it won't fold correctly. Believe me, I've seen it happen at my work (I'm a print operator for a DocuColor...

    I got an Intuos2 6x8 methinks, I'm not too good with American formats. But it does an awesome job. My mother has a Wacom Graphire2, which I tried, and it is really good as well, especially if you look at the price. Might not be as accurate as it's bigger brother, but it still gets the job done.

    Increasing the DPI of a .psd

    600 Dpi is a standard most printers use as a max nowadays. Though most of them are calibrated at 200 Dpi. Or 150. So yes, 200 to 300 should be more than enough. Especially for business cards. You should ask your customer if they plan on doing anything else with the image.

    If you have a high res and good quality pic, then it probably won't really show, unless you enlarge it too much.

    Leejune , it's Mark's Spirograph tutorial. I just used a style for the lines, but some shadow beneath and in it, plus made a ball with a outer glow
